I helped local artists with adding the marine waste to a stainless steel structure, in the shape of a whale. They had already been working on it for weeks, and had all of the base layers attached already. I helped “sew” shells to the whale fins, and sting marine waste ontoon wire and attached to metal mesh base layer.
